Human Resource Director and New HireThe primary goal of the Human Resources Department is to attract, hire, retain, and support a highly qualified and talented workforce committed to accomplishing the Napa County Office of Education’s objectives. We are also responsible for registering and monitoring credentials for not only the certificated employees of the Napa County Office of Education, but also for all of the certificated employees of the five school districts in Napa County. In addition, the Napa County Office of Education recruits and provides a substituting teacher listing for its office and for all of the school districts in the County. The Human Resources Department also leads or participates in programs and services that promote and maintain a positive, cooperative employee relations environment.
