Enrolling in the Napa County Teacher Induction Program is as easy as 1-2-3! Participating Teachers may apply by providing the Napa County Teacher Induction Program with:

1. a complete  Participating Teacher’s Application PDF | DOC

2. a copy of all credentials held by the Participating Teacher

3. a copy of all transcripts held by the Participating Teacher

Commitment Form

Each Participating Teacher (along with the Support Provider and Site Administrator) is asked to sign the Commitment Form each year between August and October.

The Commitment Forms detail the roles and responsibilities for the Participating Teacher, Support Provider, and Site Administrator.  As a component of your enrollment, please review and initial the appropriate Commitment Form below and submit it to the Induction Program via email at palexander@napacoe.org.
