Napa County Office of Education After School Programs provide safe and inclusive learning environments Monday – Friday to over 5,500 Kindergarten-8th grade students that foster positive relationships and learning opportunities to support the whole student. Programs include After School, Before School, Summer, and Healthy Meal programs, as well as training and professional development programs for after school staff.
Napa County After School Partnership
Napa County After School Partnership is a collaboration between the Napa County Office of Education, school districts, principals and program partners to provide quality after school programs for the students in 17 Napa County schools.
ACE – After Class Enrichment
The ACE – After Class Enrichment Program exists to meet the educational, social and safety needs of middle school students. NCOE Community Programs runs the ACE – After Class Enrichment Program at Harvest, Redwood, Silverado and Calistoga Middle Schools.
COOL School Payments
The COOL School Program exists to meet the educational, social and safety needs of elementary age students. The NCOE Community Programs runs the COOL School program in 10 elementary schools throughout the region.
CalSERVES Expanded Learning
The CalSERVES Expanded Learning Program engages AmeriCorps members to serve during and after school as tutors. The program provides small group tutoring to 3,000 students in language arts, Science Technology Engineering and Math, and Healthy Behaviors.

Safe Routes to School
Safe Routes to School is a movement to create safe, convenient, and fun opportunities for children to walk, bicycle and use other forms of active transportation to go to and from school.
