ROP Advanced Fire Technology

ROP ADVANCED FIRE TECHNOLOGY

This is a one year program that includes First Responder training. Students who achieve a minimum of 70% or better in the Introduction to Fire Technology course may continue to Advanced Fire Technology. This program provides a more in-depth look at fire service related careers and basic skills and knowledge to prepare for a career in the fire service. The First Responder portion of this course includes training per State of California (Title 22) and U.S. Department of transportation Standards. Earn ten elective credits per year toward high school graduation.

• Introduction to Fire Technology
• Algebra I
• English 10
• Or instructors consent
