Napa County BTSA Task Force Information
Interested in Program Leadership?
Why not have a voice in the design of your BTSA program? The NCBTSA welcomes the participation of its partners on the Task Force in ongoing program review, evaluation and refinement in order to provide its Participating Teachers with an optimum Induction program that meets the NCBTSA and statewide BTSA goals.
Who?
All members of the Task Force are experienced educators who actively participate in professional growth. They remain current on initiatives and programs, including State Standards and the
Learning-to-Teach Continuum, through professional development provided within Task Force meetings, the Formative Assessment for California Teachers (FACT) training, and, for Support Providers and program administrators, by attendance at BTSA-sponsored statewide training. By virtue of their participation on the Task Force these members evidence a high level of commitment to teacher education and a particular enthusiasm for promoting high-quality new-teacher Induction.
At a minimum the Task Force includes:
- 1 BTSA administrator
- 1 representative of each participating district with 5+ teachers
- 2 Participating Teachers
- 2 Support Providers
- 1 Trainer

- 1 IHE Representative
