Napa County BTSA Program

The Napa County Beginning Teacher Support and Assessment (NCBTSA) State-approved Induction program offers a two-year job-embedded professional development experience to first- and second-year general ed and Special Eductation teachers. Those who participate in the NCBTSA Induction program learn to expertly tailor their teaching to maximize student learning opportunities while earning a California Clear teaching credential.
